CHRISTMAS TAGS with Dianne December 14 & 15

 

 

As keeping with tradition, Dianne has designed 12 Christmas tags sure to get you excited! Weather you hang them on your tree, give them as a tag on a bottle of wine or present, or display all 12 of them in a large frame to bring out and enjoy every year they will be loads of fun to make! There is some techniques involved, and LOTS OF NEW PRODUCT  that has recently arrived!! Since they do take a little time to make, Dianne has split the tags into 2 groups. You can do PART 1 session, or do PART 2 session, or if you choose to do both you will get a $15 stamp and die set! No previous experience necessary! 

DATES:

  PART 1 Friday, December 14th at 1:00

    OR

 PART 2 SATURDAY, December 15th at 1:00

If you can not make these dates, please let Dianne know. Also instructions will be given to help you along or if you want the kits to take home and do on your own time!

ITS TIME!!!! The 12 tags of Christmas has arrived for another year!!! Dianne has come up with all new ideas to make the best Christmas tags ever!!! Who needs Tim Holtz for ideas?? We have them all here! Dianne will be making the season bright with tags to DELIGHT!! In beautiful traditional colors to the Gold and Silver and even lots of glitter and sparkle! Kits will be made up with instructions if any one wants to get these done on their own time!

We will make 12 tags, on 2 separate nights. If you take both nights there is a Holiday Gift Bag  included with your kit!

Join the excitement as Dianne previews the FIRST of her 12 DAYS of CHRISTMAS TAGS!!!  Dianne will be using so many of all of Tim Holtz new dies, stamps, embellishments and lots of other Christmas products that are new out this year!!!
And of course, a few of the old standbys! 
This class will run on 2 nights, making 6 TAGS both nights! They will make a beautiful display to add to your Christmas decorations!

Prima Doll Christmas Tag!

It is definitely getting closer! Everyone is so excited here in our house! There are Elf On The Shelf happenings, cookies being baked, the tree is decorated, lots of Christmas crafting and concerts to get ready for. I usually don't wrap until right at the last minute, but I did want to get started on my Christmas tags! Karla here today, I thought I'd share this cute Prima Doll Christmas tag!

I used the smaller doll from the Merry Nice Christmas stamp set by Julie Nutting, which is a perfect size for cards and tags. I stamped her on a piece of white cardstock and then paper pieced her outfit with Heidi Swapp Believe paper from the 6x6 paper pad. I just love tights with designs on them! I stamped some snowflakes in the background with a blue tone Kaleidoscope ink pad and layered on a paper pieced bell and some holly berries, both from the stamp set. The tree is hand cut from the Believe paper and edged with some green ink and I stamped the Merry Christmas sentiment from the stamp set.

This cute little diecut poinsettia paper clip at the top left of my tag is by Kelly Purkey in the Holiday Clips set that includes steel dies for a Christmas tree, poinsettia and gingerbread man along with coordinating stamps and other Christmas stamps and sentiments. It's so cute!

Here's the back of my tag. I stamped another holly berry on the back and layered on some mini journalling cards from the Believe paper pack before writing To and From. The ribbon at the bottom of my tag is from my stash and was white before I stained it with the new Lucky Clover Distress Stain by Tim Holtz. This colour is yummy!

Krafty Christmas Tags!

Hi there! Karla here sharing some tags that I made recently using kraft cardstock. I always seem to forget how much I love to stamp on kraft and colour with coloured pencils! I'm doing a tag exchange with some friends and wanted some cute tags that weren't too bulky to send in the mail. I love how these turned out!

For these tags I combined a couple Christmas stamp sets I had on hand- I love combining stamp sets and getting the most out of them. I used Memento Lux Wedding Dress White Ink to stamp the snowflakes on the kraft tag. I really love the way this white ink stamps! For the snow I used a white Distress Marker to colour in a circular motion and add some bright white contrast. I even used some masking to add a cute penguin to a fun sled!

On the back of my tags I used a To and From stamp that I found in my stash! I'll be sure to keep these out for all my tags.
