One will be a Valentine's card. The objective will be to have fun and learn or review stamping to make clear images, smooth ink blending, and painting with distress inks. I am using Clear stamp Panda set 20170 by Flora and Fauna.
Supplies:
Distress Inks or other blending inks you have in 2 greens, 2 blues, 1 purple, 1 red
Black ink pad for sentiments. Water coloring brush.
Colors I use in this class:
Distress inks: tumbled glass, salty ocean, seedless preserves, cracked pistachio, lucky clover

Foil Fun Card Class with Lyndsey February 23 N

We will be using foil in 3 very different ways,
Creating 3 different cards
Supplies: adhesive, glue, a heat tool (if you have one).

At the North Store
These three cute little critter cards are super fun to practice your Copic coloring on. These characters are getting ready for sunny days ahead and will bring a smile to anyone's day. We'll do a little bit of basic blending using the same colors for all three cards. A list of the colors used will emailed to you before the class. Everything else, with color pictures and full instructions, is in your kits. So grab your markers and your basic supplies and join us for some easy coloring fun!

A Card for all Seasons Class with Crystal February 16 N
Location: North Store
Date: February 16th
Time: 5:00-7:00
Cost: $25 plus tax
Come create four seasonal inspired cards using one of Honey Bee Stamps cute critter images. One of the
cards is a shaker card and the other three demonstrate how you can take one image and create three additional looks just by changing the layout slightly. We will also focus on how to add folds when coloring clothing to add dimension. Full color instructions will be provided for you to reference after the class to remember what we did. Please note that you will need either Alcohol based markers or pencil crayons and your adhesives to complete this class. Please call the North Store at 403-455-6772 to register.

Join Shari to color or watercolor this adorable Gnome from Woodware Crafts. This is a perfect valentine for the special someone in your life whether its a spouse, grandchild, or another, and would also make an adorable anniversary card.
Cost of the card is $5 each. Email Shari at s.mclaughlin8@shaw.ca to reserve your spot at either 10 am, 11am, 12pm, or 1pm. Also include which coloring medium you want.
If you can not attend the class, but would like a kit, you can also email Shari letting her know how many kits you want, coloring medium you prefer, and which store you want your cards sent to. Kits are $5 each and must be prepaid by e-transfer before Thursday, February 3.

I don’t know about you, but I am ready for spring!
So, this week we are making a sweet, any occasion card, using a Wendy Vecchi stamp and die from her “Thanks a Million” set.
Please e-mail Lyndsey lejamieson@shaw.ca to reserve a spot from 10-2, and also include the number of kits you would like.
The cost is $5 per kit.
Suggested supplies to bring to the class:
Markers or other coloring things in your favorite colors (we will also have some available for you to use)
Adhesive
Pop dots
(And maybe a poking tool)
If you are not able to attend the class, but would still like to purchase kits, please e-mail Lyndsey and let her know how many kits you would like, and e-transfer payment. Your kits will then be available for pick-up at the store of your choice.

Pull out your Copics or Distress Inks(card not shown but you can get a watercolor version) and come and color this beautiful card with Shari. This card features another Colorado Craft image and sentiment, and would be the perfect card for birthdays!!

February 15 Art Journal “Hearts” with Kerri-Ann South
It is an easy page to do using very minimal
supplies. If you have been tinkering with the idea of art journaling….this is a great one to start with.
This will be an “in person” class held at the south store on Tuesday, February 15. The class will also be live in the Private Facebook Group that you will be invited to join. If you are unable to attend the class at the store or live online, you will be able to watch the recorded class on Facebook at your convenience.
Kits will include gold die cuts, 1 sheet of glossy paper, red gems, purple gems, and a piece of gold Deco Foil. The supplies you will need to have on hand are:
ACRYLIC PAINT: 3-4 purple shades, 3-4 red shades, black, gold, royal blue
Gold metallic wax (Example: *Prima Art Alchemy: Vintage Gold)
Markers: Gold + Black
Stickles: Red
Glue
Kits are now available for pick up at the south store.
