Copic Coloring Class with Monica August 25

Date: August 25th

Session 1 10:00 - 1:00

Session 2 2:00 - 5:00

Cost: $28.00 for 3 cards

Monika has another Copic class for you to practice coloring with your Copic markers. She has 3 pretty cards for you that look complicated but are easy to color. All you need is glue or tape and your Copic markers. This is a great class for you to practice coloring faces and hair and have some creative fun! We have 2 sessions available to maintain social distancing.

Make 'n Take with Crystal August 13th

We are now open for Make n Take with some restrictions of course.

We are only allowed 6 people at a time.

So, if you want to come in between 10 and 4, it is imperative that you book a time.

If you do not book, there might not be space for you immediately.

We apologize, but that is a rule made FOR us, not BY us.

We are also offering the "Take'n'Make" option. If you do not feel comfortable with an "in class" situation, we understand. Just let us know that you would like the "take it and go" option when signing up. Please note that added sparkle was done with Lawn Fawn's liquid stardust, which is not something that can be packaged to go. If you want the added sparkle you may want to pick up a bottle when you pick up your kit. Crystal LOVES it.

Come cool down with this week's make 'n take. This card features a cute stamp set from a new company, Woodware craft Collection, dry embossing, and 4 ways to add extra sparkle and shine to your card, including two ways to use the Lawn Fawn Liquid Stardust. There will be a variety of embossing folders and sentiments to use so that you can easily make this wintery scene card into a cute gnome wood instead.

For this card you will need your adhesives (Liquid and foam squares) and scissors. A jewel picker or embellishment want may be helpful if you have one to bring but it is not necessary.

Please email Crystal at crystalroefs@hotmail.com to let her know how many kits you would like. We also need to know what time you would like to come in (this will need to be confirmed by e-mail), or if you prefer to pick up at the store. Each kit is $5.00 and will be available during regular hours on Thursday August 13th.

August 6th Make 'n Take with Crystal

If you are choosing this option you will need a green ink (Cracked pistachio), a deep blue or purple ink (Chipped sapphire) and a black ink (Black soot) to complete the ink blending at home.

This week we have a card features a number of different masking and inking techniques to beautifully frame a Lavinia Fairy stamp in the moonlight. There will also be a bunch of sentiments to choose from to finish off your card with a greeting of your choice.

For this card you will need your adhesives, scissors, and if you have distress oxides in Cracked Pistachio, Chipped Sapphire, and Black soot and blending tools it would help speed up the process but Crystal will have hers available to use as well.

Life's a Picnic Class with Crystal August 22

Come cool off with Crystal as you create four cute cards. See how easy it is to blend together cute images and Papers from two of Crystal's favourite companies. We will also be using stencils, woodgrain paper, distress crayons, and splatter tools to add texture to our creations. This class is great for beginners to practice their colouring or for more experienced crafters to add to their stash of cards. Please note that you will need alcohol-based markers like Copics or pencil crayons for this class. Call the store at 403-455-6772 to register.
