LIGHT UP CARD & GIFT GIVING SET CLASS

Description:

This class designed for both the beginner and expert alike is jam packed with goodies and cute Lawn Fawn images. You will learn how to create a card that lights up at a touch of a button, gift bag that can hold lots of little gifts, a goodie box, and gift card holder.  The Basic Supply kit and Copic markers or pencil crayons to colour the images are required for this class. Space is limited so email Crystal to reserve your spot and make payment arrangements. Hope to see you there.

TAG TUESDAY with Dianne 'December' 6-13-20

TAG TUESDAY HAS ARRIVED!!!!

Just in time for the Christmas season, Dianne has created some awesome

tags that she will be doing on TUESDAYS in DECEMBER!!

The first tag will be on DECEMBER 6th!

It will be a vintage tag and please look on the Face Book Page or come into the store to see it! These will be full of lots of layers and Xmas embellishments!

Times will be from 10:30 to 2:30, running every half hour!

Happy Monday Everyone.  I want to thank everyone for all the birthday wishes and surprises.  I had an amazing day and make and take was just like an all day party.

I cannot believe it is Dec 1st this Thursday. Only a few more weeks to make Christmas cards.  Come and join us at the store this Thursday to make this card.

Clip Board Class with Nicole December 7

The holidays are here and I have a fun Mini Holiday Clipboard to create. This clipboard is perfect to hold a gift card, hand in a gift not incorporate on a layout. The Big Ticket hangs in place allowing for a personal sentiment. Let's keep things festive with a few creative techniques you can use on your Holiday cards or crafts. Here we will use distress markers, distress crayons and sprays. It wouldn't be a Christmas craft without some snow to emboss. I hope you'll join me for this fun festive daytime class.

Please bring all the usual scissors, liquid glue, cutter. If you have white gesso, distress inks, spray stains in festive colour a bring them. Also distress crayon black soot and matte medium for a fun technique. I'll be bringing everything you'll need and I share too. Please contact me at nicole.jeep@gmail.com or the store to sign up. Lawn Fawn Holiday Card class with Crystal November 17

Come and create a total of 9 ATC size Lawn Fawn holiday scenes. This is a great way to get ready for the holiday season as it is a snap to turn these into tags or cards or both for all your holiday needs. The colour medium is Copic markers but you could also use pencil crayons. Crystal will also bring in some Copics that can be used if you don't have any.

PLEASE NOTE: there have been some no shows for classes and because of the time involved in creating this class and limited space, Crystal would like to have payment in advance to reserve your spot. When you email Crystal you can make payment arrangements.

Interesting 'Day of the Dead' Facts:

It's a 3000-year-old ritual that is getting bigger every year.

DIA DE LOS MUERTOS
The Day of the Dead is actually two separate days, where it’s believed the souls of those who have passed to the underworld can come back to visit. November 1 is Dia de los Inocentes which honours children who have passed away, while November 2 is Dia de los muertos, for the adult souls.
It’s a result of Aztec tradition blended with Catholic influence from Spanish conquistadors and falls on the same days as All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day in the religious calendar.
It’s mainly associated with Mexico, but is celebrated throughout Latin America where families come together to welcome their loved ones with their favourite food, drinks, candles, flowers and incense.
