- Wanna give a “Too Cute to Spook” pop card to frighten someone to giggle this Halloween? Children and Adults alike will love it! All kits are prepped for you so we can concentrate on assembly and decorating.
- Bring your basic tool kit as stated in newsletter and glue or doubled side tape, small foam squares and your favorite ink either black, green or brown.
- And don’t forget a scorer.
- Please email Pat at pgm2824@gmail.com to let me know how many kits you would like and the time you would love to learn. Times are 10 am till 4 pm on each hour.
- If you are just needing a kit please email and prepaid with a note as to which store you would prefer pick up.

If you bring double sided tape adhesive, I will show you a super cool new trick!!!
Bring your adhesives, and if you have blending brushes and colors, that would be perfect…

Cost is $5 per kit.
If you aren’t able to make it, but still want kits, please e-mail Lyndsey and e-transfer, and kits will be waiting at the store of your choice for you.
As a side note, we have some new protocols for staff.
This means that we ask everyone to make sure they adhere to the 50 minute time slot.

Take and Make Kits Only by Crystal August 26th S
Pre Order Kits South or North pickup
The holiday season is just around the corner so Crystal decided it was time to get cracking on making those holiday cards. For this Take and make you will be creating one card featuring a retro TV with a winters scene complete with envelope. To complete the card you will need a brown, black or grey, red, and green water-based medium and coloured pencils or alcohol based markers to colour the scene. Don’t care for colouring, leave the image an old fashioned black and white. Please note sentiments may vary.
Email Crystal at crystalroefs@hotmail.com with the number of kits you would like and which store you would like to pick up from before end of day Tuesday so they can be ready for pick up
Thursday at 10:00am.
Kits must be pre-paid to Crystal and are $5 per card.

Make and Take in North class with Monika August 26
Make and Take with Monika
In the North Classroom

This week's Make and Take is a Twisted Gatefold card. Looks complicated but easy and a bit different. Everything you need except glue and a few markers to color the koala is included and allows you a couple of different ways of finishing it up. The inside of your card is blank for your personal sentiment. A couple of sentiments will be available for you to choose from as well.
Please email mmgilliham@gmail.com to let Monika know what time you would prefer (10, 11, 12, 1, 2, 3 or 4) and how many kits you would like. If you are unable to attend just let Monika know which store you will be picking up from but please note they MUST be PREPAID in advance to Monika.
NAPKIN ART “Vintage” with Kerri-Ann September 21 S

Date: Tuesday, September 21, 2021
Time: 6:00-8:00 pm (In-Class & Facebook)
Instructor: Kerri-Ann
This mixed media project features Tim Holtz’ idea-ology Paper Dolls, a decorative napkin, a doily and some adhesive gems. We will be using a variety of paints and sprays to achieve this vintage wallpaper-type look.
This is a great class for beginners who want to dip their toes in mixed media but it’s also suitable for the experienced crafter. Napkin art is perfect for a traveler’s style notebook such as the Dylusions Dylog Insert Book. It’s just the right size (and a great place to keep all your future masterpieces)! Don’t have a notebook/journal? No problem, you can do the project on a plain piece of cardstock. When you pick up your class kit, it will contain a list of products you will need to have on hand in order to complete the class.
This class will take place in the workshop at Scrapendipity South. Two days prior to the class, you will receive an email invitation to the PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP created for this class. While the live class is taking place, it will be recorded for Facebook (which you can rewatch whenever you choose). If you are unable to attend the live class, please notify the teacher by replying to the email invitation.
