This tribute to Remembrance Day features Tim Holtz’ grit paste, Deco Foil and two kinds of gesso. We will be using clear and white gesso to create this multi level background and focal point.  Everyone will need to find a circular object for tracing that suits their own art journal size.  (Plate, Bowl, Stencil, etc.)

 

This will be an “in person” class held at the south store on Tuesday, November 9th.  The class will also be live on Zoom and recorded for the Private Facebook Group that you will be invited to join (approximately two days prior to the class).

July 20th Art Journal Page “Suitcases” with Kerri-Ann South

July’s Art Journal class will be slightly longer than usual as the suitcases will be made by hand (not diecut).  We will be creating MANY layers with inks and sprays. Everyone will receive the necessary cardstock to make the suitcases, some Tim Holtz Collage Paper, brads, clay embellishment, Tim Holtz Journal Tickets and some lined note paper.  I have chosen to use this page to say farewell to COVID 19, but you are free to personalize the note with whatever suits your creativity.

Hello Ladies! Here is another fun product class! I absolutely love the Penny Black stamps! They are so perfect for using with your re-inkers, and this class will show you two ways of having fun with them! The kits come with the product shown in the photos: 4 Re-inkers, 1 stamp, 1 sheet of Cut n Dry foam, and 5 sheets of Ranger watercolor paper. As you can see, all of the product is included.  All you need to have on hand is a paint brush, a spray bottle of water, a small cup of water (for your paint brush), a stamp block, and a black ink like Archival or Staz -On. A baggie for storing your foam in would also be helpful... This terrific little 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 has places for over 50 photos.
This will be a 2 hour Zoom class,

Treasure trove AKA: Junque Collage lol SOUTH Store PS it will look nothing like the picture, each color and assortment will be different, but I'll show you how and you can apply this technique to any surface after!! Join Selena in this venture of mystery and randomness!!! We will start with a 12x12 Canvas and a basket of trinkets. From there we will make a collage that is so fun to do, and even more fun to try and figure out what all the pieces are after! This will be a ZOOM class.
