Make and Take with Holly March 15

Happy Monday everyone.   Already half way through March, where is Spring!   Easter is just around the corner so here is the first of our Easter cards.  I have lots of colour choices for this card (as seen it the photo) so if you are set on a colour, please let me know your choice when you email me.   Cost is $5 for your first card and $2 for the second (if you choose to do 2)

Stay Curiouls Canvas Class with Nicole Wright March 22

As we wait for the winter snow to melt all we can do is dream of spring flowers. For this 10x10 canvas we will get down and inky with Dylusions paints. It's all about finger painting and playing with crayons. Let's explore the art of blending these bold colours and creating a dynamic canvas. Look at you pattern paper in a different way with a little freestyle cutting, gluing and smearing crayons. Let's play with crayons!

Supplies to bring: baby wipes, paper towel, spray bottle, Dylusions paints (your favourite colours if you have them) scissors, assortment stamps (if you have some favourite ones), archival jet black, paint brush to apply Distress Collage Medium.

Techniques Class with Dianne April 10

Dianne has created some awesome new techniques to share with you! Most of the products used are stamps and dies that have JUST been released and new to the store!! Come try out the magnificent new Flower die that can take up almost an entire journal page! There are several new ones you will get to try! Amazing new product  to color your embellishments with ease! Watercoloring to create layers, and coloring on vellum! Oxide inks will again will used also! DO YOU HAVE A PRODUCT AT HOME YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE?? This is very much a learning class with notes for each technique you learn. Please bring in a product you bought but forgot how to use!!! Dianne will give you ideas of what to do!

TRIFOLD CARDS With Dianne April 6th

 

Just released from the convention these new stamps are very interactive and fun! They are a trifold card and learning how to create these is half the fun! You will open each card to create a beautiful scenery complete with a sentiment.(the photos don't do it justice so come on in to the store to see them!)

We will be making 4 cards(the 4th one is a SURPRISE) using Tombows and Distress inks to watercolor the details of these stamp sets! Dianne is in LOVE with these new stamps and you will be too! Extra kits are also available!
