a little Boo

Hello All, only 15 days til Halloween!! Time to post a Spooky page!

This is the Bo Bunny Line Fright Delight. For the most part it is just bringing the actual paper to life. The top piece and the Boo banner is cut out from the tag sheet.

A chair in the middle of the forest? Yep and it's spooky isn't it. Lol truthfully, I loved the chair, and wanted to use it.... the chipboard was covered with Inka Gold, orange. To apply, use the best tool you have, your finger :-)  just rub it on to cover the entire piece. Give it a minute to dry, and buff with a paper towel. There are many gorgeous colors, and you can mix your own. Just add a color or two on a splat mat, and mix. The color combos are endless!!!

Here is an example of bringing the paper to life. The bat was already in the moon, but by fussy cutting the wings, and placing black foam dots behind the wings, they now have life, and shadow, and come off the page at you!

Hopefully you can see the effect on the tree trunk here. Crackle accents were used to make thin lines all along the tree trunk and branches. Usually when you cover with crackle you would have a smooth coating so that it will crack over your image. In this case I purposely wanted to see the lines; AKA bark. So when it dried there are definite lines, and each line has cracks in them. So the effect is quite kewl!  Dollar store googly eyes finish this page off, peaking thru the tree!

Have a spooky week! Thanx for popping by. Hop over to Scrapbooker's Paradise to see the shopping list.
