New Pre Order and In Stock

 Recap how our ONLINE orderz works. When you log in you are looking at EVERYTHING we have access to from our Vancouver depot. We don't and can't hold everything in the store level so that's where the online comes in, it gives you a HUGE amount of inventory to search thru with endless goodies! Just don't forget there are three stages on the website, and the BEST part about the website!

1. you can order items "In stock" ( in Vancouver ) and we receive them in our hands in about three days
2. you can order items that are out of stock. ( why, you ask, is that a bonus? ) What ordering something out of stock means.... is: your name is now in the queue - and as soon as that item is back in stock, you get it first.
3. you can preorder items and again your name goes in the queue and you get it first. You can order and forget about it, your name is in place :-)

PLEASE bare with us, their is the odd item that you have ordered and you will see it on the shelf, we didn't forget, I promise, but A. it could have been on the shelf before you ordered it, or B. your order hasn't crossed our desk yet, and we always pull items from the store shelf when we have your order in hand :-)

Also for mixed orders, like in stock, out of stock, preorders, all the items can go on one order form and we deal with them as they come in, we email and update as items arrive, so please add us to your email list and check the spam cause sometimes emails from businesses are considered spam :-)
