Make and Take with Monika September 23 N

This week's project is a spooky little card with some added bling just in time for some Halloween crafty fun.   We'll do a little ink blending, add some bling and put it all together.  Bring Distress ink in a couple of spooky colors, your favorite blending tool and of course your basic tool kit.   Foam squares are optional if  you want to pop it up a bit.
