Saltwater Spring Flowers with Dianne Dianne is back and has created some beautiful new cards using the NEW Saltwater Taffy ink for 4 of the cards! Come and learn some interesting backgrounds with inks, stencils and background stamps! We will be coloring on water color paper with oxide inks to create cards in a soft array of colors!
